Create a DB from a financial datas flow prices that arrive from an Api provided from a financial institution

After the reading of the announcement below please take a look into the files section to the recording video that show the database that send datas to a socket port before to offer your collaboration. Tk.
The desktop application that I want to realize should create a database from an Api that send financial quotes.
The software will be a standalone app and it is not a web-based app.
The data flow that will create the database will update every millisecond.
The first step of the database will have more or less the structure that you see in the files attached :
in one file you see the ticks by tick database.; in the other you will see the 1 minute database.
Once create the first step of the DB same calculations on the fields of the first step will be done and so some other fields and some other record will be added the first DB structure.
A basic Gui need to be create to allow the calculation of this further fields and records.
Once that the database is built it has to be upedated every time a new quote arrive from the financial datas flow and also all the calculation done on it. The updating is done more or less 3 times every second.
Like final work the desktop application has to send throught a socket port the datas where another software pick them and will make other things.
Requirement : english speaking, good internet connection, C# and Db skills.
