Create a detaile proposal for Incremental Load process from Production to report server

We have a production server and a report server .
there will be multiple data bases in Production server
we need to move the data from production to report server.
The schedule for each database can be different.
We need to handle both delta records / updated records and deleted records from production to report
These should not be much Lag when syncing the data from production to report.
We need a detailed proposal of the flow of this process.Both diagramitic and written documents with as much detail as possible.
If any SP /View/Function is handling such business then the business logic of this object must be given in detail.
