Converting large DMP file to CSV

I need a Freelancer to help my research team convert a DMP file with administrative data into a CSV file. Unfortunately, we have limited information on how the DMP was created. We can provide temporary access to our machines using a remote desktop to speed up the process. We tried to use ORADUMP to CSV software (https://www.convert-in.com/ord2csv.htm) but failed. So, we suspect that the origin of the file is not ORACLE SQL. I am happy to provide additional information to help you bid properly.
