Convert .bak file to CSV SQL

I have a .bak file that I need to be converted to a CSV SQL file. I'm not sure what database management system was used to create the .bak file, and I don't know the original file extension before the conversion.

The final SQL file should be in CSV format. So, I need someone with the skills to efficiently handle this conversion.
