Conversation AI Chat bot

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Conversation AI Chat bot for my products. The main function of the chatbot will be to provide sales support to customers and give data from software by connecting to datases like SQL Server and Mongo DB.

Platform: The chatbot should developed in such a way that it can be used trian our customer data, Our product databases are stored in databases like SQL Server, Mongo.

Must use opensource or very low cost thrid party tools

Example:
We have accounting data store in SQL Server
After athentication
Cusotmers can ask question like
Why my sales are low last month
Chat bot answer:
Yes your sales are down 10% compared to prior month and they are down 15% compared to prior year
Here are possible reasons:
1. Weather last month was very bad. Last year there was public even contributing to 10% of sales
etc


Skills and Experience:

- Experience developing conversation AI chatbots for products with voice and text
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby
- Knowledge of natural language processing and machine learning
- Familiarity with integrating chatbots with databases
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
