Zorba is looking to engage with a Cloud Solution Architect & IT Infrastructure Operations Manager with 10+ years relevant experience.
Location - Mumbai/Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
To Drive, plan, organise the shared services operations to ensure 24*7*365 days operations for:
1) Server Management
2) Private & Public Cloud
3) IaaS
for Primary & Disaster Recovery Site to ensure SLA’s with business units and service efficiency targets are met.
4) To work on continual improvement of services by studying & adopting new technologies
5) To perform various POC’s and Pilot projects as per business demand for rolling out additional variants and new devices in Cloud and IaaS domain.
6) To publish guidelines, best practices and assessment
7) To study and provide a best fit cloud solution for meeting the business requirement by carrying out the techno commercial comparison.
8) To ensure compliance of Cloud standards in terms of incorporation of new cloud adoption plans and cloud management and deployment of new setup
Key Accountabilities:
1) Operations Management
2) Cloud Implementation, Migration & Management
3) Cloud Provisioning & Server Management compliance.
4) Evaluation of New Technology.
5) Solution & Architect Design for Server Management and Cloud Services
6) Cloud Security & Governance
Important Skills :
Proficient Knowledge of AWS/ Azure/ Google/ vmWare/ Linux/ Windows/ Aix/ Ubuntu
Excellence in areas:
o Operations & technical support (IaaS, Cloud, Server)
o Optimized basic Cloud and server administration
o Performance monitoring
