Clean Up Photos and Documents Referenced by SQL Server DB Tables

1st task:
For each record in a GREEN tab, determine if the URL targets a file that exists. If it does mark "File Exists" column with a Y. If the target file does not exist mark it with a N.
For each tab's corresponding ORANGE folder, identify orphan files that do not have a link in the corresponding excel tab
2nd task:
Once the above two items are complete, CLIENT will update the BLUE tab in the excel for the developer with a list of files and a folder organization. Grab all files, organize them according to CLIENT spec and upload them to target server. Confirm they are viewable.
Deliverables
1st task: an updated Excel file with:
Y or N for each record on a GREEN based on if the file exists
List of files that aren't referenced by a record (Orphans) on each ORANGE tab
2nd task: organized folder of document and photo files that are accessible via server according to BLUE tab. BLUE tab will be completed based on the 1st assignment.
