Cab Use Query Fix

The attached query produces the report sample - CabUse230-Report.xlsx from the sample data file - CabUse230.xlsx. It is however with no logical pattern producing NULL values for certain days when they should not be NULL. Case in point on the report - highlighted in blue day 12 & 19 should not be NULL. Need help here to determine why / fix the query.
