Business Insight Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports for business performance analysis.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by auditing and analyzing reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs and optimize analytics.
Utilize SQL, Power BI, Tableau, VBA, or MicroStrategy for data visualization and insights.
Identify data anomalies, trends, and improvement opportunities to support decision-making.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while working independently.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
Support and mentor junior analysts when needed.
Required Skills:
Strong SQL knowledge for querying and data management.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy).
Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and relational databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Access).
Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Healthcare data experience is a plus.
