A customer services application that provides information to and from customers.
The expected working way of the application will be like that:
1. New customer will need to sign up with his/her details in the first time and can log in any time. ( Admin database control of the customers is required for general information like address , name and telephone number)
2. Customer can select the framework of our service in a way he can spicify the time he can receive the service like 2/week in a specific period of time like 10 AM. (a list of the available days and hours of our service shall be exist)
3. A place or a check in list which the customer can specify if he/she received the service in that day or not.
4. A notification should be send to the admin in case the customer receive or didn't receive the service.
5. a way of payment at the end of each month which should be automatically done.
6. customer support system should be exist (calling or messaging).
