Build & Setup SQL Database as a CRM system

Hello Freelancers,
So my team currently gets ~5k new email leads a month and reaches out to them for sales. At the moment this is all being done on a big excel sheet, including filtering out duplicates etc and as you can imagine this is not scaling very well.
What we are looking for is a hosted SQL db with some views setup for the team to view the most common queries, and to add or update contacts as easily as possible.
Right now we're not looking at building any UI for it, and opting to teach basics of SQL for now to see what new use-cases come up. In the future we might decide to build a UI if needed, so for now if some kind of templated queries can be setup that would be great.
