Build BTree Database

I have a text data file that I need converted to a BTree database, with the ability to update the core data if needed. I have MS SQL software, but I have no clue how to use it to create a BTree database. Like I said, if I change the core data (likely), I need to be able to use the tools I have to update the BTree database.
