Advanced SQL Developer for GCP BigQuery

As a need for an advanced SQL developer, I'm looking for someone highly experienced in SQL development and proficient in Google Cloud Platform, specifically in BigQuery.
Requirement:
I need help with a sql query in bigquery where I need to calculate new value wrt to months (can use CTE or window function). I have attached an excel file for reference.
You should know:
- SQL Development: Design, development and optimization of SQL queries and scripts. Working on complex query optimization will be a crucial part of the job.
- ETL Processes: Your task will be mainly focused on Extract, Transform, Load processes. You will be working with huge datasets.
- Data Modelling: Building and maintaining data models for the purpose of data ingestion from multiple data sources into BigQuery.
The ideal candidate must be an advanced SQL Developer, with deep knowledge and hands-on experience in ETL processes. A proven track record working within BigQuery in GCP is desirable.
