This is a retrospective study, we want to study the relation of hepatitis C treatment on DM control. A1C, FBS, US, and BMI were recorded prior and after treatment.
Also, some data were measured and recorded once prior to starting treatment such as platelet count, albumin, liver enzymes, viral load, virus genotype and, transplant and comorbidities.
I want two things:
1. Is the change in A1C before and after treatment significant?
2. What are the predictors of patients responding to treatment and having SVR (sustained viral response).
