I need a statistician

I have been tasked with updating a white paper, attached. I have updated data in excel format that needs to be recoded (from Likert scales to dichotomous variables) to match the white paper tables and then I need the data analyzed. My research questions are: what empirical (as defined by yes no questions) and attitudinal (as defined by likert scale questions) elements of a telephone experience drive the respondent's willingess to return. The paper mentions multiple logistic regression and odds ratios. I also need to know if there is a statistical difference between drivers if the respondent is a primary care or specialty patient and if the respondent survey was completed pre or post covid.
