I need a statistician

I performed an audit in a small team of 4 people and they were given scores against set criteria. the audit was performed 4 times in total with group discussion after each round and I want to test if doing this significantly improved peoples score. I have all the data in an spss ready format but I just dont know which tests to use or how to do it. I also want to test if peoples self scores varied from when they were scored by a colleague to see if self scoring is valid.
