I need a qualitative researcher

I am the pastor of a Catholic Parish. I have an on online survey created in Google Forms for my parish and nine others in my area of our diocese. I have eight demographic quantitative data questions and six qualitative observation/opinion questions. I would like to have a summary report of the survey. I am not qualified to create a such a report as I am not a researcher familiar with coding qualitative data.
