need help with learning needs assessment analysis for nurses in Middle East hospital

I remember enough to create the SPSS data file and what tests I think I need. I'm smart enough to know I will not do it correctly.
I have data for 267 sample out of 400 nurse population. Ordinal data about what they want to learn.
