I need help creating an ANCOVA and ARIMA Model in SPSS.

I have a project that requires an ANCOVA model and an ARIMA model from data with a sample size of less than 50. The dependent variable is recidivism and the covariants are awards and expenditures. I would prefer if the analysis was done using SPSS but I am open to other software. I need both a detailed report of the analysis and the results. Who can help me with this project?
