I need help with cleaning up data on SPSS to create a scatterplot detailing the correlation between social media usage and feeling miserable in the past month.
The question I need for my analysis reads, "rank how often you've felt miserable in the past month" with 1 being never and 5 being all the time. Currently, all of my responses show 1 and the analysis tells me all of my answers are 1. I need them to be 1-5 so I can run my analysis on SPSS and see whether social media usage is correlated with feeling miserable.
