I need an SPSS Statistics Expert

This pilot study is a randomized experiment where the participants were shown two different entrepreneurs with different pitch ideas that included varying degrees of narcissism rhetoric (NAR1 (low), NAR2 (med), NAR3 (high)) to determine the likely the participants would support the entrepreneur (whether funding or joining their team). The moderating variable is gender (where I displayed a male or female photo), along with other factors such as trust, age, etc.

I need assistance with analyzing and interpreting the data along with any other suggestions to help with my analysis, such as truncating the data appropriately. The dataset has about 150 rows and 40 or so columns.
