course certification

I'm looking for an expert to provide course certification for a program I'm running. Specifically, I'm looking for an In-person Workshop Certification. I have specific requirements for the course certification and am expecting more than 20 participants to attend. The ideal freelancer should be familiar with all aspects of providing an In-person Workshop Certification, be able to handle a large group of participants, and meet the specific criteria that I have outlined.
