Study design and statistical tests analysis

I am looking for a statistician with experience in study design (especially quality improvement studies in healthcare) and analysis of descriptive studies. The purpose of the study is to gather and analyze data to provide a comprehensive description of a specific population or phenomenon.

Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of descriptive statistics and study design methodologies
- Proficiency in statistical software, particularly SPSS, to analyze and interpret the data
- selection the appropriate study design
- Ability to select appropriate statistical tests based on the research question and data characteristics
- Familiarity with both parametric and non-parametric statistical tests, as the specific tests required are not yet determined
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret and communicate statistical results
