Statistician required for a research project

As part of my research project I need statistical analysis done on the data I have collected. The aim of the study is to determine in correlation between organisational culture and job satisfaction. I have approximately 150 completed and captured questionnaires (in Excel) but now need it analysed.
Since one of the objectives of the study is to determine significant differences in the mean of both culture and job satisfaction scores in relation to various demographic variables, an independent sample T-test might be used for this analysis. Cronbach alpha values need to be determined to verify the validity of the scales and the reliability or intercorrelations of the combination of scales for each domain. The relationship between variables could be measured using the Pearson correlation, but open to alternative suggestions, and insight.
