Statistician Consulation

I would like to consult to a Statistician for my Master Thesis Survey. I did not completed the number of respondents for my survey. I have a very low response and it is been 7months since started to conduct survey. I have 81 out 400 who answered my survey questionnaire. I would like to get the recommendation from statistician, I would like to ask if ok to increase the number margin of error from 5% to 10% to get a lower number of respondent. By the way, I used the Slovin’s Formula to calculate the sample size.
