T, recall that for every node v, we use R(v) to denote the range
in the plane that v is "in charge of". R(root(T) is the range that the root is in charge of. We
assume that the bottom leftmost point of R(root(I)) is the point (0, 0), and the top rightmost
point of R(root(T)), is the point (24 - 1,24 - 1) where n is an integer.
