Smartsheet Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional to assist creation of a smartsheet for maintenance planning for heavy vehicles. The task involves analyzing engine usage hours(updated daily) to accurately predict when scheduled servicing is required and track listed defects to forsee when asset is due for scheduled service and defects to be added to that scheduled service. You will develop a systematic approach to ensure optimal vehicle asset planning of preventative scheduled maintenance (based 9n daily engine hours, uodated daily by users) and align defects listed, to that scheduled maintennce downtime event. Familiarity with maintenance management downtimes events and a strong understanding of planning are essential. Your expertise will help us maintain operational efficiency and safety standards.
