SPSS statistics expert analysis

I have a dataset collected from participants for my dissertation. The primary analysis looks at the effect of mass group on peak exogenous carbohydrate oxidation rates. Secondary analyses include effect of height, fat-free mass, biological sex, habitual daily carbohydrate and/or sugar intake.
