I need an spss expert to run the following test on the attached data in SPSS:
1- descriptive statistics for the demographic variables in one table.
2- Run EFA and CFA to check factor loading and also validity issues.
3- Run correlation for demographic variables and main variables in one table.
4- Run hierarchical multiple regression analysis to which of my hypothesis is supported or not supported.

2- employee creativity
3- employee knowledge hiding behavior
independent:
1- Empowering leadership
Hypothesis:
1- Empowering leadership can relate positively to the work engagement of the employees.
2- A positive relationship exists between empowering leadership and employees’ creativity.
3- Employee knowledge hiding behavior is negatively related to empowering leadership.
