SEM Model Development

I'm searching for an expert in SPSS to develop a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing causal relationships
- Evaluating model fit
- Predicting future outcomes
You will need to run the SEM
that explains a dependant variable as an outcome with two different
sub-sets of the data (high and low groups, which you will filter according to above the mean/below the mean). You then need to run tests to see if the beta weights
in the high and low models (run in two
different samples of data) are different.
The size of the dataset for the SEM model is about 600 respondents.
Ideal freelancers should demonstrate:
- Experience in building SEM models
- Knowledge of SPSS
- Ability to provide detailed project proposals, showcasing their approach to the work
- Examples of past work, especially any relevant to SEM models
