Multilevel -Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) MPLUS

Seeking statistician with experience/ability to design a multi-level structural equation modelling (SEM) in MPLUS. We have implemented a SEM project in a single model SEM (in AMOS), but we are seeking now conduct a multilevel analysis.
You should have some knowledge and understanding of multilevel SEM and be able to assist in developing a design and advise on the procedures.
There will be two stages. Design stage and model execution and analysis of results.
Please confirm what knowledge/experience you have of multilevel SEM and general statistical experience. And
also what experience you have in MPLUS and whether you have implemented any ML projects in MPLUS.
If you have the relevant expertise please submit a bid amount that covers design consultation approx 3-4 hrs of your time to discus the design and do initial modelling in MPLUS. Attached is the base path model which consists of two dependent variables, a mediator and three independent variables.
