I am looking for a freelancer who is experienced in performing structural equation modeling using IBM SPSS Amos.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in IBM SPSS Amos
- Strong understanding of structural equation modeling techniques
- Ability to work with incomplete datasets and complete them for analysis
The project involves:
- Performing structural equation modeling analysis using IBM SPSS Amos
- Working with a partial dataset and completing it for analysis
- Ensuring the analysis is completed within 1 week

Project title - Investigation on Design Change Impacts on Building Construction Project Cost and Time.
There are five main factors which results in design changes, they are, client related, design related, interface related, construction related, external factors and these factors are sub-divided again. According to these factors a questionnaire survey has been conducted using google form and distributed among quantity surveyors, structural designers, architects, mep contractors, contractors, owner/client. The pattern of the question is as follows:
PART A - Demographic Information
PART B - Impact of change factors on time performance
PART C - Impact of change factors on cost performance
PART D - Rate the importance of factors according to time and cost performance
Questions of part b and c are same but part b is with respect to time and part c is with respect to cost. 153 respondents has done the survey. According to the survey, structural equation modelling should be developed.
Independent variables are factors and dependent variables are time and cost.
Softwares used :- IBM SPSS Statistics and SPSS AMOS Graphics
Along with this excel file is attached. It contains the details and answers of the respondents.
