Data analysis

I am doing quantitative research. I am using IBM SPSS and AMOS software for the same. After running confirmatory factor analysis, my model fit comes out very poor. I wish to improve model fit.
I want someone who is proficient in statistics and SPSS and AMOS who can handle data and modify data for improving results.
