Data Analyst Needed for Survey Analysis
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I am seeking a data analyst with expertise in SPSS and Smart PLS SEM to assist in analyzing our research data. The key responsibilities include:
Reliability and Validity Assessment: Evaluate the reliability and validity of the dataset, including key measures like Cronbach’s Alpha, Composite Reliability (CR), and Average Variance Extracted (AVE).
Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA): Conduct CFA to ensure the model’s constructs are well-defined and adequately measured.
Hypothesis Testing and Path Analysis: Utilize Smart PLS SEM to test the proposed hypotheses. This includes calculating path coefficients, t-values, and significance levels.
Mediation/Moderation Analysis: If relevant, conduct mediation or moderation analysis as part of hypothesis testing.
Full Report Generation: Provide a detailed, step-by-step report documenting the entire process—from data preparation, model setup, analysis, to the interpretation of results. All diagrams, outputs, and statistical justifications should be included to allow us to verify the results independently.
No Alterations to Data: Ensure that no modifications are made to the original data or results. The goal is to maintain integrity while following a verifiable process.
This report should clearly outline how each step was performed, ensuring transparency and reproducibility of the findings.
Important that you have to also cite some important papers that support the results either reliability or validity result or other.
