Spring Boot MySQL Integration

I have a Spring Boot application integrated with a MySQL database. The Database credentials are encrypted at rest and are decrypted at the time of application lauch and stored in memory. This encryption logic is corrupted because of missing files.

Requirements:
- Fix the Encryption adn Decryption logic in Spring Boot application
