Service Provider Marketplace – Phase 1

We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer (not an agency) to deliver Phase 1 of Jamalook, a service provider marketplace connecting female customers with verified beauty service providers (salons, spas, cosmetic clinics) for in-call and out-call services.
This engagement is strictly limited to Phase 1 of a phased roadmap. The objective is to build a working core foundation, not a complete or final product. Continuation beyond Phase 1 will depend on delivery quality, communication, and overall fit for long-term collaboration.

Phase 1 Scope
Phase 1 includes:
* Core roles: Admin, Service Provider, Client
* Provider onboarding with manual admin approval
* Service categories and services with approval workflows
* Client browsing and booking (no online payments)
* Basic availability and calendar handling
* Simple authentication (email/mobile, password, basic OTP)
* Admin dashboard for approvals, users, and bookings

Out of Scope for Phase 1
The following are explicitly excluded from Phase 1:
* Payments or wallets
* Promotions or discounts
* Ratings and reviews
* Social logins
* Live location tracking
* Advanced analytics
* Heavy automation

Technical Expectations
* Clean, maintainable, well-structured code
* RESTful backend APIs
* Relational database (e.g., PostgreSQL)
* Cross-platform mobile app preferred
* Web-based admin dashboard
* Client-owned Git repository and full code ownership

Engagement Model
* Milestone-based contract
* Only the first milestone funded initially
* Small, clearly defined milestones
* Regular progress updates and demos
