I’m ready to move into my next SDE-2 role in India and need an experienced job-search partner who can actively handle the application side of the process for me. While I’m open to broader guidance, the core focus is on preparing and submitting high-quality applications that consistently clear the first screening.
About me
• 3 years of hands-on Java backend development (Spring Boot, Microservices, REST, SQL, AWS).
• Target titles: SDE-2 / Software Engineer II in product-focused or high-growth companies across India.
What I need from you
My priority is efficient, accurate job application execution. That includes:
1. Identifying relevant SDE-2 openings that match my tech stack and location preferences.
2. Customising materials for each posting:
– Tailored resumes
– Persuasive cover letters
– Curated work-sample links or mini-portfolios when required
3. Submitting applications on company portals, LinkedIn, or referral links while tracking every submission.
4. Reaching out to recruiters or hiring managers to secure callbacks and maintain a live status sheet I can review anytime.
5. Providing quick feedback loops so we can iterate on what’s working.
Nice-to-haves (valuable but secondary)

Acceptance criteria
• Minimum 20 targeted applications per week, each logged with link, date, status, and notes.
• All materials fully tailored to the job description and keyword-optimised.
• Weekly summary call or report highlighting responses, follow-ups, and next steps.
Tools you might use naturally in this workflow include LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Google Sheets or Airtable for tracking, ChatGPT or Grammarly for copy refinement, and any proven outreach automation platforms—feel free to bring your own stack as long as the results meet the criteria above.
