Property Management System (For multiple hotels)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am searching for an expert in Spring Boot (v3) Java (for front it can be react or angular) who has the ability to create a property management system. The system should be comprehensive, including both tenant and property management facilities, as well as maintenance.
Additionally, I require the integration of a hotel management system within the same platform, supporting room reservation, guest check-in/check-out, housekeeping, back office and room management, and a central reservation system.
There are 3 hotels and 4 houses for rental which will be managed by this system. So, we need to manage all hotels together and separately.
Ideal skills & Experience:
- Spring Boot (3) Java proficiency
- Angular or React
- Great UI/UX
- Experience in building property management systems
- Experience in housekeeping and back office management systems
- Knowledge of central reservation systems
- Strong understanding of invoicing and billing systems.
