Online Interview, Coding Tests & Programming Assessments for universities and corporates

We're searching for a web application that can handle all types of online assessment and remote interview, such as numerous objective questions, programming assessment, psychometric, theoretical, and audio video interview, similar to Codility, Hackerrank, and Mettl etc.
It should be able to perform online tests for university recruitment drive, walk-ins, and day-to-day hiring, among other things.
Admins should be able to follow all hiring processes on a single dashboard and configure it based on frequently used data, as well as control configuration and settings, such as scheduling campus drives/walk-ins and defining their eligibility requirements, among other things.
This application will include the following features:
Login: Users can sign up with their email address and use the provided login ID to log in.
Dashboard: Each user will have a dashboard, with the admin having full access to all information and the others having limited access.
Modules: ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Campus hiring drives, Corporate Hiring, and RMS (Recruitment Management System) and Resume Management.
Reports: A variety of reports are available, including Candidate outcomes, Candidate information, Drive details, and other miscellaneous information.
Users: Admins can define user roles in the system, which implies a large number of users can be created.
ATS: The user creates a position and submits it for approval. Once approved, the position goes through the entire recruitment life cycle, from assessment to selection.
Campus hiring: The user schedules the drive and enters all essential information, such as the date and time of the drive, the type of test (objective, programming, psychometric, theoretical), and the test expiration time. After scheduling, the concerned institute and college receive an email with the drive ID information. Candidates/students register for the online examination and complete the online test using the credential.
Question /test cases library: There should be predefined questions and coding test to appear randomly in particular tests or assessments.
A) Goal: Multiple choice questions are used to assess a candidate's ability to select the correct answer from a list of options.
B) Programming: There should be an editor where the candidate may run the numerous test cases on various technical platforms like Java, Angular, Dotnet, Nodejs, PHP, Python, and all the databases like Mysql, Postgres, Mongo db, etc.
C) Psychometric: It is now fashionable to assess applicant abilities using psychometric questions. This type of review will be possible within the scope of the application.
D) Theoretical and Video/Audio : A candidate should be able to put out an answer and the evaluator should be able to rate the mark based on their skills by review submitted text, audio and video.
