To speed up the software development, provide a good system framework for the new design system.

1. So all the branches can access to the central system.
2. Allow user to do Member data maintenance and update.
3. Member enquiry and purchase history.
4. With good user access control based on present user maintenance.
5. Backend user can access the system via Web or mobile.
6. Good security control and cost effective.
7. Member point redemption with e-voucher information. Allow POS to integrate via API.
8. Good coding with standard and documentation.
9. Allow to host on-premise and later on virtual machine on 3rd party hosting.
10. With at least 5 Member Purchase reports.
