## Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot Developer to join our team on a contract basis for the development and enhancement of a cloud-native microservices platform in the FinTech and Payments domain.
The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, understanding complex business requirements, and delivering production-grade solutions with minimal supervision.

## Candidate Profile
* 5+ years of Java development experience
* 3+ years of Spring Boot and Microservices experience
* Mid-Senior to Senior level engineer
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* FinTech, Banking, Payments, or Financial Services experience is highly preferred
