Experienced Java Spring Boot Developer & Mentor Needed for Hands-on Real-World Project Training
I am looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot developer who can mentor me through hands-on learning by building real-world demo projects together.
This is not just a teaching role.
I want to learn by developing practical applications from scratch using industry best practices.
I have basic knowledge already.
What I am looking for:
Strong experience with Java (Java 17/21 preferred)
Strong experience with Spring Boot
Experience with REST APIs, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate
Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
Knowledge of Maven/Gradle
Experience with Git and GitHub
Good understanding of software architecture and clean code principles
Ability to explain concepts clearly while coding together
Fluent English communication
Learning Goals:
I want to gain practical experience by building complete backend applications similar to those used in real companies. Rather than focusing on theory, I want to understand how experienced developers design, implement, test, and deploy applications.
