Java-Spring & Angular App Build

I’m starting a green-field product and need someone who is equally comfortable crafting a solid Java/Spring Boot/Hibernate back-end while shaping a clean, responsive Angular front-end. The goal is to deliver an entirely new application, not to patch an old one, so you’ll have room to make architectural decisions and set up best practices from day one.

What the stack looks like
• Back-end: Java 17, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Gradle/Maven
• Database: PostgreSQL (already provisioned)
• Front-end: Angular is mandatory; React skills are welcome for any future companion modules.

Key pieces of the job
• Design the initial domain model, RESTful APIs and security layers.
• Build the Angular UI in parallel, wiring it to those endpoints as they solidify.
• Integrate with external Fintech/Lending APIs for KYC, credit checks and payment processing; experience with OAuth2 and webhook handling will help.
• Write unit and integration tests across the stack and prepare concise technical documentation so the codebase remains approachable.

Deliverables
1. Source code in a Git repository with meaningful commit history.
2. A running dev environment via Docker-compose or similar.
3. Postman or Swagger collection demonstrating every endpoint.
4. Brief README covering setup, build commands and deployment notes.

Acceptance criteria
• All major user journeys work end-to-end against the PostgreSQL instance.
• API tests pass in CI; UI builds without warnings.
• Successful sandbox calls to each required Fintech/Lending service.
