Java SaaS ERP CRM Module
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I already have the core of an ERP SaaS platform in place, built with Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, RESTful APIs, and a MySQL backend. What I need now is a fully-featured Customer Relationship Management module that my employees can use day-to-day inside the same application.
The scope of this engagement is limited to CRM functions only, but they must plug seamlessly into the existing codebase and follow its clean-architecture approach:
• Lead Management – endpoints, UI pages, and persistence layers that let staff capture, qualify, score, and assign leads.
• Sales Tracking – pipeline views, deal stages, and automated status updates tied to existing authentication and role policies.
• Customer Support – ticket creation, SLA timers, comment threads, and simple analytics dashboards surfaced through REST APIs.
All work should compile and run inside our current Spring Boot multi-module project, respect JPA entity conventions, and expose Swagger-documented endpoints. I will provide a Git repository, database schema, and sample data. Deliver code, unit tests, and a concise README that shows how to build, run, and test the new module locally (Maven preferred).
If you have solid experience layering CRM logic on top of Java/Spring stacks and can demonstrate clean, maintainable code, I’d like to get started right away.
