We are seeking experienced Java developer to design and implement a Spring Boot microservice that enables real-time communication between a cloud-based application and a desktop client via webhooks.

Webhook Listener / Sender:
Develop endpoints to receive and dispatch webhook events.
Handle authentication, validation, and retry logic for failed webhook deliveries.
Provide configurable webhook subscriptions (e.g., endpoints, event types, headers).
Microservice Architecture:
Implement as an independent microservice running on Spring Boot with Tomcat.
Must be scalable, stateless, and easily deployable.
Cloud–Desktop Integration:
Establish real-time communication between a cloud application and a desktop application. Push updates/events from the cloud to the desktop app via webhooks or message queues. Ensure reliable event delivery and synchronization.
Monitoring & Logging:
Include structured logging and basic metrics
Provide simple health checks and readiness probes for deployment environments.
