Java and Helm development & Deployment Expert for Optimization and Project support
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I need an experienced Java engineer who is equally comfortable with OpenShift + Helm to help me in two areas:
0) Support me on task basis and required to fix the issues on the go
skill requied for this java, mongodb, microservice, kafka, mq, helm and multi heml deployment
spring boot,
1) Multi-Helm deployment
My micro-service application is already containerised, but the current SIT and UAT clusters are deployed with several separate Helm charts that don’t play nicely together. I’d like you to review the existing charts, align values files, and create a clean, repeatable release process that I can run end-to-end without manual patching.

2) Server performance tuning
The services themselves are suffering from noticeable performance issues once traffic ramps up. I want you to pinpoint the bottlenecks (threading, JVM flags, resource limits, etc.), apply fixes, and validate that the pods meet expected response targets.
After the work is done, please walk me through every change—code, Helm values, and cluster settings—so I can reproduce the setup.
Deliverables
• Updated, tested Helm charts ready for SIT & UAT
• Performance report with the changes applied and their impact
• Short hand-off session plus concise documentation of the steps taken
