A live US-based application built with React on the front end, Spring Boot services in the middle tier, and a NoSQL data layer needs daily engineering support. The current roadmap mixes feature enhancements with routine maintenance, so tickets range from building new React components that consume Spring Boot APIs to optimising NoSQL queries and indexing strategies. Clear, well-commented code that fits our existing style guide is essential because the client’s internal team reviews every pull request before merge.
Typical activities include picking up Jira stories, pushing code to Git, writing or updating accompanying unit tests, and joining the occasional screen-share session to clarify requirements or demonstrate a fix. CI/CD is already wired; simply trigger the pipeline with each commit so deployments reach the staging environment without manual intervention.
