Role Overview
We are seeking a high-velocity Full Stack Developer to build and scale our healthcare financial platform. You will be responsible for building robust backend services in SpringBoot and dynamic frontends in React. As an AI-forward team, we expect you to be a power user of Cursor, leveraging AI to accelerate development while ensuring the architectural integrity and security required for HIPAA-regulated environments.

Core Responsibilities
• Backend Engineering: Develop high-performance, multithreaded microservices using Java / SpringBoot. Implement complex RCM logic such as automated claim scrubbing, denial management workflows, and remittance processing.
• Frontend Excellence: Design and implement intuitive, responsive dashboards using React.js and TypeScript to visualize complex financial and clinical data.
• Database Architecture: Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas. Write efficient SQL for high-volume transaction processing and ensure strict data isolation and security.
• AI-Assisted Development: Utilize Cursor to its full potential—performing rapid refactoring, generating unit tests, and streamlining boilerplate code without sacrificing code quality.
• Healthcare Compliance: Build with a Security-First mindset, ensuring all code complies with HIPAA and SOC2 standards, including PHI encryption and comprehensive audit logging.
• Integration: Work with EDI standards (837, 835, 270/271) and integrate with EHR/EMR systems via FHIR or HL7 interfaces.

Technical Requirements
• SpringBoot: 4+ years of experience with Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA).
• React: Strong proficiency in React.js, hooks, state management (Redux/Zustand), and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind).
• PostgreSQL: Expert level in relational database design, query optimization, and handling JSONB for semi-structured healthcare data.
• Cursor / AI Tools: Proven ability to integrate AI-native IDEs like Cursor into your daily workflow to increase throughput.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the US RCM Lifecycle, including:
o Payer-Provider workflows.
o Medical Coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS).
o Clearinghouse integrations and ERA/EOB processing.
