Fix FedEx Batch Upload Logs

I’m dealing with a stubborn defect in the FedEx integration that only surfaces during our batch-upload flow for CSV and Excel shipment data. Dynatrace is flagging missing or truncated log entries, so I can’t pinpoint where the requests break down. I need a backend developer who can:

• Reproduce the issue in our staging environment, inspecting Dynatrace traces and raw log output.
• Isolate the root cause inside the batch-upload service that calls FedEx (Java + Spring Boot).
• Restore complete, reliable logging—every upload must generate full correlation IDs and detailed error messages.
• Provide a concise write-up of the fix with any code changes pushed to Git and a short walkthrough.
