Experienced Full-Stack Java Trainer Needed

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Java Trainer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and either React or Angular. The ideal candidate must have successfully completed Karat certification/assessment and should have prior experience delivering corporate training to professionals.

Required Skills:

Core Java & Advanced Java
Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA
RESTful API Development
React.js or Angular
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
Git, Maven/Gradle
Microservices (preferred)
Good understanding of software development best practices

Mandatory Requirements:

Karat Certified (or successfully completed the Karat assessment)
Proven experience as a corporate trainer or technical mentor
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to conduct interactive virtual training sessions
Experience preparing hands-on labs, assignments, and real-world project demonstrations

Preferred Experience:

5+ years of industry experience in Full-Stack Java development
Prior experience training working professionals in enterprise environments
Ability to customize course content based on client requirements
